They don't generally use the passport photo anymore. People still do it just in case.

No real updates from me except its day 121.

It wouldn't be so bad if UKVI bothered to tell you ANYTHING, but they simply ignore all attempts to communicate!!!

PS - Has anybody else noticed, they have not released monthly figures for decisions made in June 2018???

True No figures yet maybe there is nothing to show lol. My friend who applied for spouse visa is on her 37th working day (priority). Their MP is already involved in it and they've escalated thru phone and email still nothing.

I'm on my 31st wd priority as well still nothing. We emailed them still no reply.

Given that the last figures they published (May 2018) showed NO CHANGE in the percentage of completed applications (93%) between 90 and 120 days, that may not be far from the truth, @shie1989!

If you do get a reply, don't expect anything other than a 'standard wording' response...

Our non-Priority Fiancée Visa application is now 114 working days old and all we've had are 'not straightforward', 'your case has been escalated' (multiple times) - with no follow-up contact! - emails from UKVI!

114 working days. OMG. I think you might have a decision soon. Based on their stats most cases will have a decision on its 120 working days. I really hope we both get our decision soon.

We'll try to phone them up tomorrow and message my fiancè's local MP.

The MP's support is hit and miss, depending who you have. Unfortunately my one is useless, and his team refused to contact them via phone. But now as im day 122 i hope they do... but not going to hold my breathe. I need to ring this week.
Out of curiosity I contacted neighboring constituency before, and they actually have a immigration case worker. so depends if they have budgeted to deal with Visa cases, otherwise it wont be their priority.

    Sorry to hear that.
My fiancè's local MP is very useful. Last week they did contact UKVI and the MP's secretary enquire about our application if it's being processed as priority. UKVI informed them that one they've received it and two it's being processed as priority.
The secretary of our MP told us to ring the UKVI this week if we haven't had a decision yet and informed the MP if UKVI don't reply on us via email or phone so that they can call on our behalf. My fiancè's MP is so helpful really. Fiance is from Portsmouth South. My fiancè went to see his MP in person and asked them for help on our application.

Unfortunately, the 120 days quoted in their 'stats' is meaningless - as is the 15/60 days still quoted in all their auto-response emails - as they answer to no-one regarding their constant and escalating failures!
Like @Crafty, I fear we are destined to be one of the 7% (& increasing) for whom the waiting time for a decision just goes on and on...!

Me and my fiancè called the hotline for UKVI which costs £1.37 per minute.

First time we called we talked to a British girl and she told us she'll escalate it and we can give them a call back after two working days.

We called after two working days and this time we spoke to a guy who didn't introduce himself. He didn't understand our enquiry though we explained to him that the previous agent told us to call them back for an update. He puts us on hold for more than 6x and the call was for 15mins maybe being on hold for 10mins. All he said at the end was to wait. Wait just wait. He can't understand us clearly and he seems like he's having a hard time talking in English cos my fiancè told him not to put the call on hold but he still did. When we gave our GWF he puts us on hold. When we ask if there's any update since we called two days again he puts us on hold again. We ask for any notes on their record he puts the call on hold again.
That was the worst call centre agent ever. I'm not even sure if he's in the UK.
My fiancè was so upset and he told me that the word incompetent is not even the right Word to describe what we had experienced. Waste of time and money.

We've decided we are never calling them again. We'll just ask help from my fiancè's local MP.
