how to get a fiancé visa?

hey all

Elaine goes back in 2 weeks after 6 months on a tourist visa... what is the best guide for a how to get a finance visa please?

The fiance visa revolves around proving you have a real relationship, you are both free to marry and that you, as sponsor , can afford to look after your fiance. One part of the process is the local application where biometrics are taken and then the rest is sent to Sheffield. Its the detail that is the issue and easy to forget such as council inspection certificates, TB tests, IELTS tests. Good luck

My nephew has just put his fiancé visa in,literally this week,i have just been babysitting his daughter for the afternoon,i will let you know the ins-and-outs of how the application goes,hope yours goes well.

Visa APPROVED how soon can she travel,Friday?It's her daughter's 2'nd birthday next week,the child is in the UK and we are having a party for her would be nice if her mum was there for the party.

She can travel as soon as the visa is valid. Don’t forget her CFO.

Ok,my nephews girlfriend got her CFO today,she flew from Cebu to manila yesterday,did the CFO this morning,she has a guidance and counselling certificate and her flight booked for Friday,another one jumps ship.

Assume she also has the sticker in the passport. If had passport when did course think she gets that at the same time as the certificate.

Otherwise think there is cfo office either near manila airport or at the airport to get the sticker.

When we left did not need the certificate but had sticker in passports.

She has the sticker,she got it today,she cant wait to get on that plane

Mica doesn't have a CFO sticker because she was a OFW. I wonder if we will have any issues if we visit Phil for a holiday
