Looks like ex boxers and older MMA guys obviously out of cash are making a comeback by bare knuckle fighting matches.. Brutal!
The fight tonight will be an interesting one. Paulie Malignaggi is a former elite would champion boxer who sparred with Conor McGregor before his fight with Floyd Mayweather . Never a KO artist or slugger. Always pop and move. Would be the last person you'd expect transitioning to non Queensbury Rules. Paulie has had his brains rattled in his last few fights so should stay retired Artem Lobov is an infamous MMA fighter who has lost more then he has won. I think his brains were rattled on the day he was born. Lobov is an ally and training partner of Conor McGregor and out to settle the bad blood on behalf of Conor against Paulie. Maybe Paulie smells a payday against Conor if he can get the win against Conor's Russian buddy. Two guys who have no business main eventing a fight in the liquor aisle in Asda. But it's compelling for all sorts of reasons. If it stays as a boxing/striking contest, the boxer should dominate. If it turns into a brawl, it is intriguing to see how the technical boxer can cope.
If Malignaggi has glass hands with gloves on, WTF is he doing fighting Bare knuckle? His bank balance must be through the floor.
