    I received an email tonight from Singapore Airlines stating that rules on entry to Philippines may have changed. Looks like the same rules to me... 6 night hotel and 5 day PCR test.

    Any notable changes? Thanks in advance.

    Hi. I'm flying this Saturday so I'm constantly checking if things may have changed. If anything, things should be easing more and more. But yes, for now I believe it's still tested on 5 the day and out on the 6th as soon as your negative test comes through. No need to wait for a BOQ certificate now.

    Good stuff, thanks Simon ... hoping things ease more. It did state 9 days in quaratine in Cebu on email but i beleive still 6 if fully vacinnated.

    Even if you are fully vaccinated? Was Cebu ever 5 days tested and released on the 6th day same as Manila?

    Yes, both the same. If your fully vaccinated then test on 5th day then release next day from the hotel :)

    For sure, I know students in the PI who have waited over a year to do exams "in due course" I guess whoever issued the statement thought it was better than saying nowt :lol: in reality it could be 2022-2023-2024..........etc.Who knows :oops:

    Exactly! I do think it will be soon though. Spending my whole life it seems keeping updated what's going on over there LOL

    Anyway, wish me luck as my flight is today from Heathrow to Hong Kong then onto Manila :)
