    Hi all

I will be submitting my application online on 28 November 2020 for my ILR. These are the documents I'm planning to submit and I would be very grateful for any feedback especially if it is something I forgot to include.
Spouse Visa arrived in UK: 20 Dec 2015
Current BRP expires: 24 March 2021 (that means I can submit my online application between 23 Nov 2020-24 March 2021)

    APPLICANT:
SET-M application online (all documents will be scanned with every file not more then 6mb)
    Current passport (all pages scanned)
    Previous passports (all pages???)
    BRP
Trinity College London CEFR B1 English Language (This was used in previous FLR application )
Life in the UK Test result (I entered the Pass reference number online)

    SPONSOR:
    Current passport (all pages)
Sponsor Declaration Form (downloaded online and signed)

    FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS: (Category A)
Letter of Employment (dated 13November 2020)
6 Months Payslips (the latest one is dated 15 November 2020)
    P60 (optional but I'm including)
Employment Contract (optional but I'm including)
Bank Statements ( showing credit of the above payslips, latest is dated 25 November 2020)

    ACCOMMODATION:
    Tenancy Agreement
Letter from Estate Agent confirming the tenancy and payments dated 11 November 2020
    Council Tax (three years)

    COHABITATION DOCUMENTS:
I'm submitting 6 letters addressed to my husband and I the last 2.5 years. They are from NHS, council and work.
The council tax and bank statements are also addressed to both of us.

    OTHER DOCUMENTS:
    Marriage Certificate
Our children's Birth Certificates ( the other reason I want to stay in UK is to be with my British children)

I have a question regarding my old passports please. It said that I have to provide all passports that I used travel to or remain to in the UK. I used 5 passports excluding the current one, do I need to scan all pages of the previous passports? Thank you so much for all the help. I'm so worried with this application that this is all I can think about. Kind regards to all.

The list looks good and similar to ours!
In answer to the question you ask my understanding is that they are looking for all absences from the UK in the qualifying period (5years) for ILR so it is important to submit all the passports covering the 5 years and in particular the immigration stamped pages.
Personally we submitted the lot even the blanks

Thank you for your reply. My last 5 years in UK was covered by 2 passports but I travelled here numerous times on a visit visa and also with my other name (name before I got married) with my other older passports. There is a question asking if I entered UK using that name and I said yes. I'm also thinking that aside from qualifying period, do they want to check if I broke any immigration laws with my previous visits???

No they would of picked historical stuff up during your visa processes so your good to go with the 5 year period
