    1. You can try to make "mano" -- ask your fiance how this should be done. This is a sign of respect, especially to grandparents, parents or in-laws.
    2. Be respectful. Try including "po" if you converse in Tagalog. Example: Kumusta po kayo? (How are you?), Magandang umaga po (Good morning).
    3. You will amaze them if you speak their tongue.
    4. Be yourself. ;)

Yes, the hand and the forehead. I think you're already prepared.
Be confident, I'm sure you're a good person and and they will like you. :)

You'll be fine. If the auntie and uncle likes you, you have some backups. They will tell the parents how good you are (because surely the parents will ask about you), you know the "kind words" to backup your character. Filipinos do that.

I agree with @Mattecube, don't forget to bring some foods when you visit. :D

All Filipinos love chocolate, especially milk chocolate, because it melts too easily I take the tubs like roses. There will lot of visitors just to meet you so roses is something they will share around. Also they love Ferrero Roche. I'm sure a box of that for her mum along with the perfume and she will love you

Each time I go I have 1/2 suitcase of pasulabong, at least half of that is chocolate, they love our chocolate more than the chocolates they get there and it's also expensive for them to buy. They will share it with every visitor and will be so grateful. ;):)
