Whatever they've been spraying, it's sent Britain completely mad.

    Boris, Jeremy, Jacob.

Beadle still alive after all? This must be some sort of joke played on the British people to have these three buffoons to choose from. Lembit Opik just needs to take over the Lib Dems to make it as if stars have aligned in the firmament

Remember that the Great British Public voted for Brexit, and they also voted to name a Government research ship "Boaty McBoatface".

Well, Andrew, you may be relieved to know that whilst the odds on the Member for the Twentieth Century to become the next leader of the Conservative party have shortened, he is only the fourth favourite at 9/1 according to PaddyPower. Ahead of him are Boris Johnson (6/1), Philip Hammond (6/1) and David Davis (3/1).

One to watch is Ruth Davidson who is also in contention at 12/1. She'd be my choice.

    Ruth Davidson is a Remainer.

Indeed so but she also recognises and respects the result of the 2016 referendum :)

Shes not an MP either so does that mean the Torys would publickly execute Teresa Maybot so she can stand in a by election or better yet call a General Election:rolleyes:

    Bring it on:)

No - why should that make any difference? There is no requirement for the leader of any party to be a member of the House of Commons; Nicola Sturgeon is a case in point, Arlene Foster is another.

I don't think even the Tories will sink that low.

I agree with Andrew but for different reasons. The Tories missed their opportunity and should have brought him into their fold during the mid-noughties. It should have been him and not Cameron who renegotiated our "deal" and had he done so, I think there's a good chance we, as a country, would have decided to remain a member.
