It may be so... But because if inbred ignorance and a terminal benefit culture various elements in our society see fit to play the system and not work. Thus allowing those jobs to go to immigrants. Personally, I would not offer a position to anybody that speaks or remotely looks like that looser in the picture. Even people with facial piercings and/or tattos wouldn't get a job.
