They do not need your contract of employment a simple letter stating
    Your Name
    Employment status
    When you started with them
    Salery
On Target earnings ( if you wish to include it although not required.
That's it, do not over complicate it,you are currently employed.

Hi. On lieu of this topic, how about dependent minor 12 years old? Do we have to ask letter from the agency that my dependent will be staying with us? We just moved last January 2019 to a 3 bedroom and we are targeting to apply dependent visa this coming May. We are renting under agency.

We did advise and request that the landlord agreed to the minor staying in the property.

Hi forgive me if I'm in a wrong thread. Me and my husband is applying for a spouse visa and we rented a place under payne and before we agreed we made sure to ask them about the supporting documents at first they were very helpful and fast on our inquiries but now they are not it has been 3 weeks but all they can say was they have pass it through the owner and that was from 2 weeks ago. Some of our documents will exceed to the 28 days period and we have no idea what do to or how to get away with this. We have begged and sent them emails about our concern. Can we still go through our application without it?

You say "We" rented a place are you both on the tenancy agreement?

Do you have any emails were the agent agrees that the accomadation is suitable for you both ?

I think not this needed to be sorted befor your application without something in writing how can you meet the requirements?

Perhaps he could tell the agent he will give up the tenancy if immediate confirmation is not provided and sue them for his loss

Its very important to have all the required documents befor applying to not risk the application fee

Thank you.. We just dont know how to pleased my husband landlord to sign the paper for us.. Thank you.. I guess all we can do is wait worst case is to cancel my appointment for biometrics and scanning.

Is it possible to do that i think he have signed a contract to them up to 6 months. He said he will be sued if he wont finish the 6 months tenancy.

Your problem is the letting was to facilitate your application however without any thing in writing it has now created a potentially impossible situation

Have you paid the visa fee if not dont if you have apart from your husband attempting to put pressure on the agents/landlord all you could do is explain the issue in a covering letter however that puts you at the mercy of the caseworker and into uncertain territory
