    Crickey... This is getting worse than I imagined..
    This place is so expensive it is umbelievable.
    Even Tesco, Sainsbury and others slap a huge premium on everything.
    Over 5 quid for a pint in some pub...

    A couple of weeks ago I paid £1.85 for a pint of Sam Smiths Bitter in one of their Leeds pubs,
    the landlady told me that their light mild was £1.30 a pint.

    Unless it's a 'Spoons -- or a sh*thole such prices are becoming commonplace - at least in central locations.

    Some exceptions - a few Greene Kings shops in Edinburgh do pints around £3 and double spirits and gun mixer for £4.

    £2 a pint of Boddintons I last paid for a pint of grog in Bolton
    Now 26 pesos bottle of San Miguel ;)
