This was my mistake, this was a sleeper that I had confirmed, this one signed up as a user in March, originally appeared as a user from London.

But no you're hiding in Russia henryhiet, or behind another proxy there in yet another country, but you were not and are not a legitimate user of this site, we kill most of you within a few minutes.

For everyone else just because the member profile says Poland does not mean that they are actually from Poland and this one is not.

edit: these are mostly robot signups but this time a human followed up a couple of months later.

I couldn't understand anything from the op's original post anyway
Maybe I should have drunk half a bottle of Stolichnaya to make sense of it :)

They seed email links all over the internet with the intention of drawing people into a conversation be it email or phone, it works people do reply to these things and people get hurt.

CMS means Content Management System, he's saying he wants to take over the site and promote his own content which will be private, members only, where everyone can get shafted by him and his cohorts in private, obviously not a native English speaker.

It's gobbledegook to draw in the gullible.

I didn't realise people would reply to something so hard to understand.
What do people think they will get by getting involved in strange things?
    Maybe they are just nosey.

I'm talking about percentages, only a tiny percentage will reply.

This person's post was intended to try to try an hook someone who had a website or forum but also to catch people who just click on links, it does not have to make sense.

It can also be planting email addresses for google to cross reference and provide the appearance of credibility when other people later search for that address particularly if it has been later backed up by favourable posts which might have been the next stage if we had done nothing, probably won't happen because I binned the email and phone number quickly.

It's gaming the search engines or at least trying to and often the attempts are pathetic like this one, the email address I blanked was a personal address on gmail this was amateur but still this post was from Russia.

I'm not a security expert Mike, I don't spend my time doing threat analysis, but I have a reasonable understanding of various types of attack, the thing is that a lot of these type of posts have nothing to do with the place it is posted the target is something else, that can be hard to understand, we are just a middle man being used to achieve some other goal.

Below is an example I shared with Dom and Rob some time ago while trying to explain the same sort of point.

We the british-filipino forum are on the top loop we are one of the various websites in grey, it's why we get so many s**t Russian signups they have no interest in this forum they just want to use our automatic email functions to bury sh*t in someone else's mailbox so that they don't notice they have been hacked.

As an example take the starting point on the left as being your own Amazon account then think it through.

I seem to eject a few every day........ Poland, Russia, Vietnam, Dubai, UAE, USA, Thailand, Ukraine, and a host of other scummy places I wouldn't touch with a bargepole. Always with the utmost due respect, of course...

A few days ago, I had 9 of these muppets, to the point that WHOIS put me on a slow down for a few minutes...

So, they hope the victim will not notice that a purchase the victim made was bogus and done by the hacker.....?

Do they work in teams through VPN's (trying to fool targets that they are not connected) to bombard targets?

Or a bank transaction, but yes the idea is to bury the victim in a ton of email from many source, I miss email that way through normal usage never mind anything else.

It's mostly Robots, people don't waste their own time on this, sometimes it will be real people trying to sneak in but that is rare, this one has elements of both, the most interesting aspect is the delay between registration and first post which suggests this one is human.

I am removing up to ten a day although it is very rare that it is as high as that.

This one used a VPN to appear to be from London, you can tell sometimes because it comes through a corporate network which is an unlikely ISP for anyone to have.
