    Hello there.
Im not sure which interview are you speaking of. Do you have an appointment at the VFS office in makati or cebu? If yes, no interview is conducted during that time and only the applicant is allowed inside the office. (The VFS is an agent that most countries use to collect information for ppl who wants to visit or migrate to their country. In the same office, the same vfs office is processing visa for australia, italy, Austria, greece, etc.)

This is not like the US fiancé visa application process. The UK gov (embassy) have done away with the interview and are just evaluating your application based on the documents you have submitted.

Where did you find this out cause I have an appointment with the British embassy set all ready which you apply for online and I know this cause Or won't even be allowed to marry f they don't give you the clearance from your embassy. Im kinda want to know where you got the information on the things stated or are we talking about some thing different.

    Thank you

if you have already gotyour date with britishh embassy yous both can go to it if its the vfs that you are going to then the 2 of yous can go but your young lady has to go in by her self as they give her a interview and yes she will need to take all papers with her into the vfs as well the british that's what we had to do when we wanted my wife to come over but she got refused for not enough things to prove she would go back home at time

You can go by yourself or you can go with your fiancé but I don't think there are required documents needed on her part. Make sure you have everything on your part. :)

This is the first I've heard of anyone needing an interview at the British Embassy.

Perhaps a few more details are needed so we can be more clear, such as what the interview is for, the online link, what documentation is needed etc.

I don't think he deliberately means interview, but he has to show personal appearance at the Embassy to sign an affirmation in front of the Consul and maybe a few questions about the wedding but not necessarily an interview.

I went to the British Embassy to make an affidavit to state/swear that I was free to marry. I had to present my ID - birth certificate and passport plus my divorce absolute. The affidavit was needed in order to get the marriage licence.

No, your fiancee won't be needed there. In fact, she won't be allowed in.

Is that so? Thanks for that. I'll tell my friend about it.

I misunderstood your current situation. If you are getting married in PH and getting the clearances at the UK embassy, then its a different case. At first i thought you are submitting documents to apply for either a fiance visa or spouse visa.
