I'm not sure if you will be allowed to marry in the Phils if you are under the age of 18

You are legally underage and so you can not swear an oath or subscribe to a legally-binding undertaking under English and Philippine Law. You will, I'm afraid, need to place your wedding plans on hold until you have achieved the age of 18.

Thanks.. Someone said A2 after October 2016.

Can you tell me then to remain in the UK it's the b1? Can she take this before the 2.5 years she apply to have idefinate leave to remain?

    Thanks again

Don't know where you get that but if she is applying in the Ph she can take the A1 as the A2 Lifeskills Test is only done and offered in the UK.

Can you clarify your situation? Not sure what visa you are applying for.

    A2 is for the FLR(M)

People should always check that the English Test they take is for the visa they are applying for, check at the test centre.

does the marriage certificate you present to vfs for scanning prior to completing your visa application have to be the original as it says above the original marriage certigicate can take up to 6 months to receive. Or, can you give your signed copy to vfs.

You must get your marriage certificate NSO authenticated. This took about three months for ours.
We took the original to the VFS in Manila plus a copy.
You will get the original back.

Hi, can I ask if the British citizen also need a copy of their birth certificate to apply for a marriage license? Thank you.
