    Its not been normal to allow fiscal waterboarding of citizens and the health service unless theres a world war on the great british public are smelling a rat after 7 years and no end in sight so yes Ouch

    There is a much wider audience that is being financially tortured and plenty of them live in these old and 'Great' British islands.

    Yes and for all you know I might be one of them. Which do you prefer: trying to pay-off some of our debt so that our children aren't so heavily burdened by our profligacy or increase that debt by spend, spend, spend?

    How about invest, invest, invest? 7 years of austerity and we still have a deficit and the poorest performing economy in the EU.

    Why stop at the EU? It's currently the poorest performing economy in the world but that has nothing to do with austerity!

    Advanced economy, then yes.

    And, the performance has a lot to do with austerity, together with Brexit and other self-inflicted wounds.
