I’m a city gal by heart as I grew up In the City. Went to school there from nursery to college. We really want us to a find a place in Nivel Hills, Busay or around Lahug away from the busy city which is about just few minutes to Ayala (if it’s not traffic ). Schools we wanted our kids and future kids would be much nearer.

I hope you got deep pockets - property prices in the areas you stipulate are frighteningly high. I take it you know that the International School is in Talamban where both IGCEs and International Baccalaureate courses are taught.

Hopefully we get enough money when we sell the house here. We have some savings on the side too. Currently living in a 4 bedroom house in Bourneville.

There’s also a British school CIE in Ayala. There’s another good school Singapore School one but it’s around in Mandaue. Will have to see. My daughter is 7 months old so I have time to think about it.. Also thinking about home schooling as well. Coz it would be good if we do a lot of travelling.

We moved here just about 2 years ago. We’re from Winchester Hampshire originally, we both used to work in London but husband has work here in Birmingham (High Speed Train2). He’s not a fan of Birmingham . We love Bourneville though! Really nice neighborhood and still very leafy, loads of parks.

Yes very much so! I’m still impressed that they don’t sell any alcohol here. We live in the conservation area just 5 minutes from the Cadbury’s
