It happened in Brazil. The man was left with a fractured skull but is reported to be feeling much better.

i part-watched some vile american film where lots of people died in a car racing stadium. that was one of the incidents.

I was wondering where the location was.

Initially when I saw the video clip I thought it may have been a fake but I always remember following a car and trailer on a motorway in Antwerp and a tyre fell off the back of the trailer and came flying towards me like a bouncing bomb, just had time to swerve and avoid the tyre without even having time to check if it was safe to change lanes.

I hope the truck driver was jailed for being so reckless, and hope the driver escaped any serious injury.
