Agree it needs livening up, as for the dominance of Mercedes the same could be said for a few other teams in the past. These things come in cycles, look at the drop off of Maclaren. Bernie needs to stand aside now and let the sport progress. I know they are altering it for next year which should shake things up a bit but I think they are going the direction with it. I agree about the danger aspect as well though obviously there has to be a degree of safety these days. I don't particularly like him but Max Verstappen seems to be livening things up regards overtaking and defence. I can't see it going out of business though. The amount of money connected with the sport would make that impossible to happen
