New ILR Form

Is see they have clarified now that the £18,600 earnings threshold is also part of ILR.

Yes I would've thought they'd change it when they release the new form but the financial requirement is still there.

The old form never had a financial requirment, just an income/expenditure chart to fill in. So this is probably simpler, but the form itself looks a bit more complicated.

I see. I always thought the financial requirement is included in the form. You've been through ILR already right? I mean the missus.

Not yet. Next year. But I had already had a look at the ILR form just to see what was on there.

Thanks for posting this, less than 2 years for us. I notice the fees have gone up considerably!

Also, You now have to pass life and knowledge of the UK in addition to the revised English language.

I noticed your comment on the British passport - we will still need to apply for citizenship after ILR before we can get British passports right?

At least it's not long now. I still have a long way to go.

Yeah after ILR you can apply for citizenship and you can apply to get your British passport.
