Own minds? Indoctrination at an early age negates that option for the many.

All religious buildings should be razed to the ground, IMO.

Last week my 7 y.o son asked me if God came from heaven.
I knew this question would eventually come, just thought it would be asked when he was about 12 y.o..
I told him I did not believe in gods or any religion but told him that his Mummy did so if he wanted to know more about those things he should ask her.
I told him that I believe more in science than in religion and let it lie there.
I could not lie to my son, and will not do so, no matter what the question will be.

So you condone religious persecution and intolerance.

What an evil viewpoint you have, why the hatred?

Whatever, I am already bored with it... The Times has about 16 stories on the topic today. No one died. Its not a Grenfell.

Parliament is in recess, Easter is almost upon us, it's a slow news day and they have column-inches to fill.

There is a bright side: the Notre Dame fire has almost completely wiped coverage of the "Extinction Rebellion" shenanigans off the front pages!

Sky News' Adam Boulton sums it up rather nicely I think:

The Labour Party is full of loonies like him. According to Guido:

The eco-loon who stormed out of a Sky interview earlier this morning, Robin Boardman-Pattison, (the posh sounding double barrelled name was mysteriously dropped for the broadcast) was a leading member of an anti-Heathrow expansion group that vandalised CCHQ last summer. The group broke windows and spray painted the building before being arrested…

Boardman-Pattison, who was until recently a languages student at Bristol University, spends his time vandalising multiple buildings and occasionally making pretentious foreign language poetry videos on YouTube. As any posh professional activist with too much time on his hands would…

Over the summer Boardman-Pattison shared a conspiracy theory on Facebook calling allegations of anti-Semitism within the Labour Party a “smear campaign against Jeremy Corbyn by the Netanyahuite [sic] supporters.” It’s all so predictable…
Far from being the peaceful demonstration the organisers assured the Police and the London Mayor it would be, Boardman-Pattison and his over-educated, privileged comrades have so far inflicted damage estimated at £12 million-worth. And there's another 12 days of this to endure.

Their demands are beyond belief and if met, would set civilisation back a thousand years or so. No mechanised transport of any description over land, sea or air; no burning of carbon-releasing fuels including wood and peat - so no heating or cooking of hot food which is to be vegan. In short, they demand Britain be a zero-carbon country by 2025! This despite the fact that Britain releases less than 1% of all the CO2 emissions. We're told that similar demonstrations are taking place in forty other countries. But not in the world's biggest polluter by far, China. I wonder why! (Oh Max, that's a rhetorical question! :D)

I read that Boardman-Pattison's loony comrades have apparently glued themselves to a fence outside Jeremy Corbyn's house in Islington, north London.

The jury is apparently out on whether the gentleman third from right, wearing a baseball cap, is the Dear Leader, their location is, however, not in question. And do note the single-use water bottles and leather bag

My mistake - it isn't Dear Leader as these photos will attest, Corbyn is the scruffy one first left in the upper photo
