    Hello, hope everyone is well.

Mine and my sisters visa expires at the end of August. We've been trying to book in at a BI office for about a week but they've been closed until today.
We still can't seem to book in cos they're full. And the other offices aren't answering calls or replying to texts.

Our flight out will hopefully be mid September.

What are the consequences of overstaying? Do we only have to pay a fine (how much is the fine?) at a bi office before we leave the country or are there any consequences?

    Thankyou in advance.

You will have to pay P500 a month, but BI may be lenient because of covid 19. You might be able to pay at the airport but don't quote me on that. Try going to the BI office at 7am before it gets busy.

You didn't say where or which BI office. I renewed my visa at Davao BI 10 days ago. No appointment needed and it was very quiet. All done in 30 min.

I think he's using the BI office in Intramuros.

Thankyou all, its all sorted now. It was the one in SM North Edsa. Apparently gotta go back again next week to get an ECC card or something when I've booked a flight. They just didn't answer the phone for a week.
