My views are pretty well known. But it would be nice to know what others think.

I think you have 6 negatives and one positive

The 3rd option in my opinion should be offered with the wording after the word "wish"

One option should perhaps read "Is the Philippines winning the war on drugs and becoming a safer place"
another is "Is the President doing a good job given the historical and current economic and social difficulties"

Just my opinion to try and balance the questions

I have added questions as you suggest. Thanks. I found I could not edit Question 3 so I added a new question in your wording

I support what he is trying to achieve. I disagree with the way he is going about it.

That's interesting. Are we talking about the "war on drugs" or about his agenda for turning the Philippines into a federation / his agenda for replacing the USA with China as the Philippines main ally / his agenda for building infrastructure?

Paolo Duterte was also named in the Senate by both Matobato and Lascanas, who swore affidavits.

Thanks. He hasn't actually moved on either the infrastructure or federation, but he has of course given away the International Count ruling against China.

He seems to be doing a fine job, good to see that there is a clampdown on hard drugs, the kind that destroy peoples lives.

None of the Philippine people I have met recently have a bad word to say about him. :like:
