I was trying to book Premium appointment 45 days in advance from last week But when I selected the date (then available date selected), and save & continue, then it says, ''Review Your Answers - You must answer this question to continue'' It is happening the same error/problem. I changed the location, changed laptop, tried from different browser, answered all, tried every day from 12 am to 12 pm. When the date is available, and I select the date, save & continue, it is still asking me to review my answer - You must answer this question to continue it says.
