Hi All. For affidavit of Sole Responsibility, does it have to be listed as me and my husband have the sole responsibility to my child? My husband is British and he will sponsor my daughter to come and live with us here in the UK. I am on Spouse Visa and the father of my daughter died last 2016. I need to get an affidavit in the Phil Embassy for Sole Responsibility. Do I need to include my husband's name or only my name or both of our names?

Do I also need to apply for Affidavit of Support at Phil Embassy here in the UK? Again, do I need to include my husband's name in this affidavit to support my daughter's application or just my name or both of our names?

I actually don't know what to write in the affidavit for both sole responsibility and support. Can anyone help me please.

    Thank you so much.

as a widow you do not need to demonstrate sole responsibility you are the remaining biological parent.
You will have to include your late husband (the girls father )death certificate
They will ask who looks after child now in the Philippines and why that arrangement cannot continue.
