was just a lil confused coz she posted that she's going back home just last Feb 25 and then less than 2 weeks later, she got her spouse visa already

its totally different when an EU national living in the UK applies to bring his /her partner and family over here. but hopefully it will change after brexit.

i went home first and applied there...
it took us at least a year to get a visa and am back in the uk, arrived the 26th
