Settlement visa 2018/2019

Hello again, i have encountered my first stumbling block on my wifes settlement visa.
On the finance section it is asking have i ever received a list of government benefits but there is no tick box for ESA (employment support allowance) which if receiving is a requirement to bypass the working requirements and which i do receive.
There is a tick box for PIP (personal independence payment) which i receive as i am disabled
There is a tickbox for SDA (severe disablement allowance) which is now called ESA
Why do they try to confuse people purposely.

Has anyone else encountered this problem and what is your advise.

Hi Big Mac, i am at the documents requires section of the application.
It only asks for passports, ielts, bank statements, tb certificate, marriage certificate
Is there not any other paperwork required such as...facebook messages, supporting letters , photos of wedding ect.
Just seems strange or do they ask for these at a later stage

is there a section left open to you to add anything in support of your application ?

Not before i pay the NHS fee at that point i cannot change any answers

So presumably you had to include details of disability payments ?

Yes, I guess they already know my government profile but still i thought they would want extra information such as chat logs, photos.
This years application format is different than last time i looked at it too.

All changed since we did ours. The fact you have your certificate of marriage must mean you dont need loads of photos together and chat logs.

They are definitely simplifying the process.

I am now at the vfs global stage where i am offered a range of extra services.
I was under the impression i could upload items to vfs global from the uk.gov document checklist
In your experience, which extra services would you recommend.
My wife lives in manila
