    Before my time but he was always a racing legend. A time when only posh white boys were athletes, probably made it more impressive as like the old rugby union teams, everyone had day jobs as well.

    I used to like watching England play rugby and find out what they did as a job. doctor, Policeman etc.

    Yes RIP Sir Roger, a great achievement in athletics that will always be remembered .
