From what I have read, from "a decision has been made...", to delivery of the passport is only 1 or 2 days, if you paid for return by courier... hopefully not too many sleepless nights as it's only Tuesday, so no imminent weekend or Public holiday to prolong the wait!

Visa application refused on the basis we dont meet the finiacial restriction they basicslly said even thought i have provided wages slips banks statements etc proof i earn £30k because i havent included a letter from my employer verifiyiy my salary then this is why i have been rejected

    That is bad news.
I would get the letter off your HR people and respond to the rejection letter that you wish to appeal and attach said letter.

I wonder if ukvi tried to contact the company and found they had gone under.

Was it the letter of employment (with position and status of employment, start date, annual salary) missing or the letter verifying your payslips? When I applied for my fiance visa, my hubby's (fiance then) certificate of employment didn't indicate the annual salary, just the position, status of employment and start date. But we included in the app his P60 for 2 years.

I believe you said previously that, although the company went bankrupt, you landed another job - more or less - immediately? If that's the case and your income has remained above the £18600 throughout, why wait 6 months to re-apply? Is that a condition of the refusal letter, maybe?

Why not write a cover letter - with most recent 6 months payslips (from both previous and current job) and a letter from your current employer - explaining why you can't supply a letter from the previous (bankrupt) employer?

I still can't fathom how a letter from an employer is needed to confirm what should already be in any decent contract of employment, or to confirm that payslips etc are genuine (as @menchu_edge says above)???
