My favourite pastime is taking the kids for a walk. They love it too.
Springtime is very special in the UK at this time of year.
For people in the Philippines, here are a couple of photos showing the colours of a wood.

Thank you everyone for the kind comments, they are really appreciated as photography is my hobby and a passion since we had kids.
Time moves on so fast and taking photos of the kids really highlights this as we look back when they were younger.

I do prefer to go on walks in woods, it makes me relax so much when getting closer to nature. It is not just the wonderful things to see but also the sounds of the birds, especially now in Spring as they try to attract mates to make little ones.

Coming from you, that really means a lot Jim as I think your photos are a cut above mine.

No mate, these shots are really hard to do, your framing is excellent and it's not traditional golden section on the first two and that is not easy to pull off but you've done it marvellously, strong foreground and wonderful textures and colours.

The shot of your bairns :) is golden section and a really nice capture you got great expressions from both of them.

Yeah. Its "chocolate box" photography. Or is it "biscuit tin" ?

Very good shots, not from a photographer but from someone who knows what he likes.
