    hi

just to add that we never used any lawyers or solicitors. all do with help from this site and google and a friends so thanks to anyone here who helped

anyway now i have another question. we plan to go to Spain in November, now she has a residence permit will she need to get a visa to travel to Spain

    thanks again

@Fham, I am just wondering on how your wife submitted her passport at vfs after u won the appeal, because there is no way u can access the booking apointment at vfs unless making an online application. I also need to submit our passports in two weeks time, after winning the appeal. I am just worried they might charge me of the walk-in service that costs P4.400.

After we won the appeal we a email from the Sheffield telling my wife to hand her passport into the vfs office in Manila. When she went there they told her they will contact her when her visa has been approved from Sheffield. It took just over 2 weeks before they texted her to come and pick up her passport with visa inside and a letter telling her she must travel to the UK within 30 days

@Fham , thanks for the reply. I now have an idea how long it will take to get passports back. Just to make it clear, no appointment or payment made at vfs?

No appointment needed at VFS. Just show them the email. We only paid for the courier for the passport to be delivered. My daughters passport been delivered in three days.
