Hi. Sorry if a basic questions. .. just wondering how long it takes to have the tb test and results??
About an hour..it's just an X ray. Result there and then....if all clear. Remember..it has to be done at IOM Makati.....nowhere else.
Its the same day . Test done first then wait for an hour or so then you the result. I did my tb test and ielts test on the same day to save travel since im from outside manila.
we have yet to apply for visa, hoping end jan/feb, just querying her tb test, it runs out while her application is being processed... would this cause problems?
Based on link below so long as valid when applying ie when you pay the fee then it is ok. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration-rules/immigration-rules-appendix-t-tuberculosis-screening Any person applying to enter the UK as described in paragraph A39, Part 1 General Provisions of the Immigration Rules, must present at the time of application a valid medical certificate issued by a medical practitioner approved by the Secretary of State for these purposes, as listed on the Gov.uk website, confirming that they have undergone screening for active pulmonary tuberculosis and that such tuberculosis is not present in the applicant.
