I believe the police have locked him up on numerous occasions so, by my reckoning, he is a totally disreputable cretin and being banned from all football events is another limit to his freedom that he so richly deserves.
The problem with dangerous yobs like him is that he can influence other people with wayward moral compasses to break the law and, as we have seen, hurt police offices.
If you think these accomplishments are to be applauded, then that is your right.
However, thankfully, the police, and the law does not hold him in the same high regard as you do.
The law is there to lock up people like him and I am surprised that you support him in any form.
If you defend anyone who punches another human being when they are not looking, then you can wonder if it ever happens to you, why was such a moron allowed to be on the streets with most "normal" folk.

Always two sides to a story, if the guy had abused verbally my lady I would have had a go most men would.

It didn't look like Tommy-yob was walking away, which he should have done.
He headed for the man he hit him, and for this, he will get banned from football matches when his court case comes next January.
It is not the first time he has punched someone and it won't be the last.
It is the sign of a civilised person to walk away from intimidation and not to use fists; Prisons are full of people who do not adhere to this.

People get grief all the time in life from idiots but it doesn't mean they have to punch them.
I guess Y-L will just have to watch football on the TV next year and reflect on his actions.

Anyone can take grief, doesn't mean we have to, and certainly doesn't mean our ladies have to,anyway, wasn't even a decent punch, more a warning tap

He punched a man and knocked him down, and for that he will be banned from football matches. :like:
If he values time with his family he should disappear into the ether and stop being violent.
    ;) Have a nice day :D
