These sellers on eBay are (trying to) make a killing!
This air fryer was approx £229 but sellers on eBay are now asking for £400

Last year I nearly got one for 199 quid. Had to leave it as her indoors was afraid that her friend may have thought that we were copying her.
    Go figure...

I bought this last year could be cleaner but I use it a lot, it is an air fryer but it is more versatile than that, it's a great grill for bacon. I use the air fryer option for parsnips and chicken and various other things.

It folds up to stay out of the way.

It's currently a bit more than I paid for it but they are doing 5 payments interest free at least for me.

As a general oven it is cheaper than a full size oven for me but you're a family so maybe not so good for you.

We don't eat pork, that's steelhead or Atlantic salmon, we ate it several times a week in Canada. Screenshot_20221130_220258.jpg

A useful mini oven, Jim, but the Ninja one I posted (according to the specs) synchs the two baskets so they finish at the same time.
I'll post a review here when it has been used for a while in case anyone is interested in it.
Not in stock anywhere at the moment though

From the formula Watts = Volts x Amps comes the online calculator:
    https://www.electricalsafetyfirst.o...rmeUTm-zhEKguglZ296szvZj6GaEFkz8aAttIEALw_wcB
How To Convert Watts To Amps:
    https://www.electricalsafetyfirst.org.uk/watts-to-amps-calculator/?gclid=Cj0KCQiAvqGcBhCJARIsAFQ5ke6R0ZNzmzv2p2tx2VprkRGLpvxO1DNml5a7k2wB4EpEcYm9lMG2KQkaAiX6EALw_wcB

In the calculator above, I put 230Vac in for the mains voltage not 240Vac
https://www.spenergynetworks.co.uk/pages/voltage_changes.aspx#:~:text=In the UK, the declared,216.2 volts to 253.0 volts.
and the 2700W comes out at 11.74 Amps which is less than your 13A fuse in the plug. :like:

yep--what i meant was my oven takes about the same wattage as that air fryer. Sometimes its more economical to cook in the oven if theres a large amount of food to cook. My airfryer basket will hold 2 fish fillets in batter ( frozen) OR 2 portions of frozen chips--not at the same time. So thats about 30 mins cooking time added together. So i could cook 2 0r 3 times the quantity in the same time. But i use the air fryer more often as theres only 2 of us. Cooking for a family --cheaper to use the oven..and probavbly quicker.

Wrong thread but I'm in Amsterdam waiting on the next flight, going to be even quieter than recently for a week or so.

    Cheers Everyone.
