That's right Druk1 and 'shrooms are very good for us.
Mrs Aposhark made some today and they were delicious.
Just wish I knew more about them and where to collect them.
Not the magic mushrooms like the ones people ate in omelettes in Phuket, becoming very disoriented

Don't ever eat any mushroom your unsure of, there was a lady from Thailand a number of years lived in the UK and went foraging, found some nice fungi and mushrooms, died very quickly.

ive got lots of very large honey fungus growing on my lawn. they may be edible..but not by me. they look like someone already did.
