There may be "... no right of appeal/review" but they must have a formal complaints procedure. Take it to the highest level!

Personally - and I'm sure others will contribute - from what I have read of your experience I think your 'complaint' should be the fact they refused you 3 times for errors/omissions that were present from your first application. They should have told you ALL the reasons in the first refusal, not waited for you to re-submit your application - paying another fee! - then inform you of another error that was present in your original application.

These are the first and second refusals. The one on my first post was the third.

To be honest yes you could complain but I doubt they will offer you a review.
I think you will receive a very standard reply of" we note your complaint however each application was judged on the information you supplied at the time of application. There is no appeals procedure for visit visa"
Just my view. Sorry for your plight

Yeah, I think they will say that, it’s so easy for them so people will just end up giving up...

Bearing in mind @Mattecube's reply -

"To be honest yes you could complain but I doubt they will offer you a review.

... it really is your decision whether or not to make a formal complaint. Reading the refusal letters - obviously I haven't seen your replies and new evidence you submitted in response to each refusal - I am inclined to agree with the opinion of others, that ECOs will refuse applications on the smallest of technicalities if they 'feel like it'!

The only hope that I can see is, the final refusal letter is the first mention of '...insufficient ties to the Philippines', which presumably would have been the case at the time of your first application. As you say, why did they not inform you of this at the first refusal?

    Good luck.

That's pretty much how all UK Government departments operate - say 'No' and hope the majority of people give up!!!

Well I think it is what it is now... I’m going to Philippines for 2 weeks vacation, I might sort it out(try to complain) when I come back, this time maybe I need to relax, this visa application made me depressed. Thank you for all the advice.
