Given the further extension of the lockdown and the fact it is if you like a new movement on your part ie going to retire there I would say travel into the country for you at this time will be difficult. Had yo previously been retired there and could demonstrate that then you may of fitted the "Foreign Spouse and children of Filipino nationals" criteria. I would bide my time before travelling
