So, finally got my 13a probationary and my ACR-I card, it was ready after 4 weeks, however, I was ill so had to pick it up last week.

My question is, which forms do I need to complete to apply for a Tax Identification Number, I've had a look on the BIR website but wasn't sure which one I needed, I seemed to think it was the BIR form 1902 for non-resident citizens, is that the correct one?

Go to the BIR office, they will point you in the right direction.
