Hi All, We are in the process of completing the application form and have a couple of questions: Family details section I understand that i fill out my details on the spouse visa section as Spouse / Partner. However is the father and mother section my parents info as the UK sponsor or the wife's Filipino parents info. Sponsor details I am living in the UK but here in the Philippines on holiday and to process the visa. Do I answer yes to Is your sponsor currently living in the UK? When did they (the sponsor) arrive in the UK? Do I answer with my birth date to signify I am a British national since birth or the date I was last in the UK? I often travel abroad to work but am based and paid in the UK and I don't want to cause any confusion here. I am thinking to answer yes to the first question and my birth date on the second question. But qualify these 2 answers in the additional info section by providing background info. Appreciate the help! RJD
The mother and father part will be for your wife as she is the applicant, not you. Say YES to the question currently living in the UK. And put your birth date on when they arrived in the UK.
