Use Married name on ILR application

    Hi, we are getting married here in the uk. Is it ok to apply for the ILR using my mahals, married name?

    She does not have a BRP card yet, she is here on a fiance visa.

    Assume you mean applying for FLR. Apply for ILR after two FLRs and 5 years in country.

    Do either of you guys know the part of the family route, (where you have no choice but to say you can provide 2 years evidence of living together) what is supposed to happen there?
    We are now married and need to apply for the flr. Ive messed this up enough and still managed by the grace if god to get her here. lol
