They are ok when things are going right but that is same with most airlines Have managed to lose car seats and bags twice when flying out of UK and they paid out for replacement when took to long to get to destination. Bags got there eventually although had to claim for clothes to cover period without luggage. Dropped us in different airport due to weather on one flight and chaotic on sorting things - ended up having to sort out our own transport to destination airport. Eventually they hired some SUVs to do trip (eight hours) so we stuck with train and claimed back and they paid costs fairly quickly although cost us about 1000 USD to get to Destination which went on credit card which had headroom.
