the letter would have to include both you and your wife. i'm not up to date on flr accommodation rules--but it used to be you needed a letter stating you had at least 6 months tenancy to run.

Hi bigmac. Thank you for your reply. It was a tenancy agreement that we did provide as I was renting the flat via private landlord, however, we have since moved in with my mum and she rents this council flat we currently live in. My wife has now been added as a guest member here in council flat which we only have a letter. I think I will need to ask for another letter that includes my name in it and that we're in a council flat..

What type of tenancy does your mother have on the flat?
The reason the landlord puts you as guest is that if the tenant moved out it is easier for the landlord to ensure that everyone leaves. What it does mean however is because the council recognise you as a guest then they are saying it's ok for you to be there likewise your wife.
Clarify the tenancy if it is a Secure tenancy then it means the tenant is in there for life or as long as they want to be they the tenant also have the right to rent out rooms but not sublet the whole property.
If if is Secure tenancy a copy of the agreement and s letter from mum saying you can both live there will be fine.

We are going to make our 2nd FLR application. Spouse visa expiring 10 June 2021. My daughter arrived in the UK and her visa is expiring 10 June 2021 too. My British husband is our Sponsor. Hopefully someone can help me with the ff questions:

2. About financial: do I need to include my employment too and provide my proof of income to support my child's visa renewal? or just use my husband's employment and proof of income for us both?

3. previous immigration application: should i include here all my previous immigration application even before i get my spouse visa approval the first time? I did apply before and got denied then we applied again and got approved my first spouse visa which is expiring this june 10, 2021.

2.If your husband meets the financial requirement for you both then just use his(saves scanning and uploading work!) if he doesnt meet the requirement you will have to use yours also

Anyone with recent experience know how soon an appointment to PDF documents etc biometrics will be issued after you send off your FLR application.

You book the biometrics they don't.
At the end of the application there is a link to Sopra this allows you to create an account with them to book your biometrics and also upload your docs.

You will need to book your biometrics appointment with Sopra Steria. The closest office to me was all booked up to about 1 month in advance. So my biometrics appointment was about 1 month after I submitted my online application.

Does anyone know if a standard appointment at a visa centre includes scanning all your documents? cannot seem to find this out have paid £138 for a sat appointment ?looking at the website appointment os in ?reading which is an enhanced service point so i think its included

mattecube its at an enhanced service centre (Reading)says included when i checked on the application there is only one extra to be purchased and its not upload documents

Hello, anyone else still not hearing any from your ILR application? Submitted mine mid October 2020. I'm getting worried now.

We are waiting but only applied early February

hence my wifes inclination to (me) pay the extra 800 for the priority service -24 hrs.
