Hi My girlfriend has been visiting me now for a few years on a visit visa from PI to UK. I am the Finacial sponsor to my GF. She currently has a 2 year visa. We want to get her 13yr old daughter over for Christmas to the UK. As I’m the financial sponsor for my GF, am I the sponsor for her daughter in her visit visa application or would it be her mum? Any advice please would be appreciated. Thanks!!
Thank you! Can I ask another question. In the online application, the details are of course my GFs daughter, not my GF. However, in the sections to explain the reason for the visit, I assume it will be written as if from my GFs daughter? For example, “my mother’s boyfriend will be the main sponsor of my visit…” rather than “My boyfriend will be sponsoring my daughter …” ? And the cover letter would be from my GF to explain the circumstances, as she’s a minor at 13yrs old. Is this correct? Even tho my GF has had 3 visas already, we still plan to upload my bank statements. thanks
