Thought i would share these figures with you - these are from settlement visas applied for in Manila from the gov.uk website. It's the first time i've seen the date change from May - September. I check it regularly and June - August was never updated.

    Settlement

Most applications are processed within 120 days.

Number of days to process application
    5 days 10 days 15 days 30 days 60 days 90 days 120 days
    2% 3% 5% 10% 75% 88% 98%
Note: actual processing times may vary depending on a range of factors.
The above data is for all decisions made in September 2017

    May was the following:
Most applications are processed within 60 days.
    3 days 5 days 10 days 15 days 30 days 60 days

    1% 3% 6% 11% 13% 100%

The time they're advising people it takes has doubled from 60 -120 days!!! I know most of us are aware of the delays, but now the home office have come up with some stats to back up their new levels of poor service. In 2 days my fiance will be part of the 12% that have waited over 90 days.
