thanks Micawber! Well, our big chance is a good well presented sponsor letter.. As we don't have big savings and my Mum doesn't work and have savings too. My hubby said he doesn't see anything wrong with it coz she's my Mum and everything will be provided by us. Her stay is temporary and we don't need alot of money for it coz accomodation is free and just a lil bit more food shopping for us while she's here. I have 4 siblings in the Philippines, 9 nephews and nieces, my sister in law is pregnant right now and my Mum wants to be back there before she give birth. I just want my kids to see and meet their grandmother, and feel my Mum's love. Though it is easy for us to go there it is too damn expensive. Getting my Mum is the best option for us. So, fingers crossed that the ECO will be good and considerate with us
I'm sure you'll do a great sponsor letter. Be sure to highlight not only the reasons for the visit, but also the reasons for her to return.
