Hi Everyone, Hope everyone is well and safe. I need a bit of guidance , I’m confuse and not confident enough for the date of my application for ILR visa (setm). I was granted the spouse visa to enter the UK from the 24 Aug. 2015 and my brp expired on 19th Oct. 2020. I enter in UK 24 Aug 2015. I’m on a 5 years route. I read somewhere that earliest date I can apply is 28days before my 5years anniversary (60months) which is 28th july 2020 or do I have to wait 28days before my visa expired 19 Oct. I’m aiming to apply by sept 7, 2020. Would this date be Ok? Please I need some advice. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Hi Sue yes you can apply as early as 28 days before your 5 year anniversary of landing in the UK and can apply any time before your BRP expires Your application target date September 7th 2020 is fine. We are in a similar position albeit in October Best of Luck
