from the time of biometric or when they received the documents? they said it takes 60 days but i want to know when do you start counting? thanks.
When i spoke to the call centre they had it as the day of the biometrics. The only important thing is the day you stop counting
biometric was done on sept 15, after all the hassle at immigration stating that they do not have the documents which was sent on sept 20. they just send an e-mail oct 3 that they have the document. so is that mean from oct 3 start counting?
If you used the Vfs scanning service start from the day of your biometrics. They will escalate your case 60 working days after that if they have to (not that it speeds it up anymore!!!)
