Trump played the same card before the November election alluding to the idea that the US has a large chance of getting Harris as president quite quickly, just playing on misogyny and in her case race. Cori Aquino did a pretty good job for the country back in the 1980s.
He was fantastic for Davao, I always said that because I saw the before and after city, crime dropped and the place lost its wild-west feel, but he was mayoral rather than presidential material, his pugilistic daughter is even worse (though she did once give my son a slice of pizza).
