so this is how i done it... human error on my part had caused alot of confusion!!!
go to visa4uk... its very simple and when asked where to go to do application i put cebu... at end when time to pay there is no more goto vfsglobal and click userpay... it had already added cebu fees on the application fees so just 1 payment to make.... very simple!!!
she was booked in at 11.30 today and was early.. by 11.15 she was done and out...
now we pray to god she is granted

If its visit visa, it can actually be less than that. My sister applied end of oct and she got decision (text from vfs) or in less than 10 working days.

Yes I'm sorry to read that also .I know how that feels and how disappointed you both will be .
Have a good look at the reasons for their refusal , and see if you can overcome them for second application . Lots of advice on here .

Sadly a visa denial is very common , especially on first applications .

They failed to take into consideration my flight tickets to show I was travelling ther at the end of her stay here. Also because she don't own property or have work. Not sure if its worth to try visit visa again

Yes that's the biggest reason for refusal usually . They like her I have very strong reasons to go back home after visit , ie, good job with permission for absence, property or land , dependants , plus sufficient money in bank account to finance her stay .
And that applies even if you state that you will sponsor her and pay for everything .

Those requirements make it very difficult for many Filipinas to succeed with their application , unless they can address those issues .
Even with flight tickets , there is no 100% guarantee you will get on that flight .If they can find a reason to deny , they will .
