Anyone be watching their fight? I've heard it will be a fight of the century in the UK. I go for Haye..
Bellew. Haye injured his leg and was struggling from the sixth round onwards. I think it was stopped in the 11th.
Haye was arrogant and underprepared. Bellew broke his hand in the 3rd round as well. His training and preperation was based around taking a beating and still attacking
You certainly have to give Bellew credit, the odds were stacked against him and he came through. Haye in my opinion has always been a little overrated and as you said maybe he was a little unprepared.
Arguably Tony Bellew now has a better CV at heavyweight than any of the current champions. He fought a good fight and stuck to the game-plan for a change. He was right when he said that Haye was the best Cruiserweight champion that Britain had produced too. Haye is alleged to have picked up an Achilles injury a week before the fight but felt that he couldn't pull out. You have to give him credit for lasting as long as he did.
