UK - SETTLEMENT VISA application last June 2017

hi guys, just want to know if there are someone who is in the same boat with me, because i applied last june 13 for a settlement visa and until now there is no decision.

Online application and payment - June 12, 2017
Biometrics - June 13, 2017
Supporting docs - sent via vfs scanning June 13, 2017

Sheffield acknowledge my application - June 30, 2017

My Mrs is a day behind. 14th June biometrics and docs sent. Sheffield acknowledged 30 June. I rang UKVI yesterday and no decision. Working day 60 today.

ohh it is taking too long, may i know if your wife avail priority service? kindly give me a feedback if your wife already received a decision. thanks sir.

No decision yet. I phoned up Sheffield yesterday and they will escalate the application today. Not sure that makes much difference as they don't seem in a hurry to process anyone.

Hi. I lodged my application in VFS Manila last 16th of June, 2017. Acknowledged by Sheffield 03 July. We are on standard application. I did email to UKVI to follow up. Hope to hear from them soon, and so to you too. Good luck to us.

Working day 63 has been and gone. Still nothing.
It's the fiancé visa we've gone for. I've escalated it with Sheffield and my local MP is on the case. There is nothing complicated about our application.

Visa approved! Received my passport courier this morning 13 Sept. Undergo 85 days with visa type D: marriage. Valid for 6 months. good luck to you both. Hope to hear from your application the soonest.

mine is 3 months now, and still no decision yet. its taking too long. i hope i can get my settlement visa dis week.

Yes it's really taking too long,I will contact my mp next week if I don't here on monday. They will have to decide soon for our application as my wife will be too far pregnant to fly.

No I didn't scan things at VPS. I sent my documents directly to Sheffield, which is good beacuse they sent them all back to me with a letter saying they had been scanned onto the computer system.

Hi. When I lodged my documents at VFS manila last 16th of June, I opted for scanning service and paid extra service of SMS notification. I followed up my visa application through email. ukvi replied the next day and got an SMS notification stating that "The decision on your UK visa application with reference number ---has been made. If you opted for courier delivery at the time of submission, your passport will be delivered to your chosen address. Alternatively, you may collect your passport at the VAC from 14:00 – 16:00 Monday – Friday except on Embassy declared holidays."
