You will have to apply for a standard UK visitor visa for yourself and daughter (cost around £87 per visa with decision normally within three weeks). The UKVI are looking at you being able to finance your own trip so it wouldn't be a bad idea to ask your sponsor to pay some money into your account before applying for the visa. You need to prove to the UKVI that you will return to the Philippines after your trip, ask your employer for a letter giving you leave from your work, state you have a daughter studying, submit anything that will make the UKVI think that you have a good reason for returning home, proving that you will return to the Philippines is key to obtaining the visa.

Search the forum, there are many threads giving advice on the documents to submit for a UK visit visa etc to enhance your chances of getting the right decision.

You could always ask your sponsor to deposit £1000 into your account under the agreement that you would pay them back once the visa is granted, having money in your account is just another way of demonstrating to the UKVI that you have enough funds for your trip, also having a sponsors letter stating that they will be looking after your expenses whilst in the UK will further bolster your case. You can also include a copy of the deeds to your house, anything like that can only help your application, the UKVI are looking for you having good reasons to return to the Philippines.

As I mentioned earlier, there are many detailed threads here on the forum offering very good advice on how to enhance your chances of getting the visa, many people on the forum have been successful.

I have 75K pesos on my bank account when I applied for visit visa. P30K from that came from my (ex)bf as a help to fatten up my bank account. That P30K was spent in Scotland :)
